Company is pleased to have the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel. "We," "us," "our" and "Company" refer to PROTRIPS. "You" and "your" refer to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us (through our website or otherwise), or otherwise using our services.

By booking your travel with us or accessing or using our website in any manner, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth below (this "Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or make bookings through our website or our vacation specialists. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion at any time and from time to time, to change or otherwise modify this Agreement without prior notice, and your continued access or use of our website or booking your travel with us signifies your acceptance of any changes.

You represent and warrant to us that (a) you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use, (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) the information supplied by you or members of your group is correct and complete. You are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.

PROTRIPS LLC. and its counselors and independent contractors have endeavored to secure the lowest possible fare, suitable for your travel requirements, based on space available at the time of booking, accessible sources of information, and knowledge of counselors involved. PROTRIPS LLC. cannot guarantee, in view of cruise line and tour operator target promotions, and the regulation of air fares, that the fare indicated on the invoice will be the lowest possible fare at departure date. PLEASE NOTE – The retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute acceptance of all the provisions in the conditions listed here to, as well as those terms and conditions set forth into brochures, announcements, and circulars of the carrier(s). Terms and Conditions Any violation of this Agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, your forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservation or purchase, and you being denied access to the
applicable travel.

1. DOCUMENTS and PASSPORTS
Please check your travel documents for correctness when you receive them. Proof of identity is required for all travel. PROTRIPS LLC only recommends travel with-a current Passport. Without proper identification, such as passport and necessary visas, you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to verify your necessary travel documents. Call PROTRIPS LLC if you have any questions.

2. CHECK-IN -
Minimum check-in time varies per cruise departure. Check your travel documents, the carrier web site, or contact the carrier’s customer service. Minimum check-in time for domestic flights is 60 minutes, and for international flights is 2 hours. Reconfirm your reservations prior to leaving home, at least 24 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international. Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations. Print and carry E-ticket documents. If you have documents for a confirmed reservation the airline must accommodate you on that flight, or if that is not possible, they must either find you a substitute flight or pay denied boarding compensation.

3. PROMOTIONAL FARES -
Most discount fares involve restrictions. From time-to-time cruise lines offer “guaranteed” category bookings. Booking a “guaranteed” category offers the client the guarantee of at least a specified category with the possibility of an upgrade to a higher category. PROTRIPS LLC always recommends booking specific categories and cabins when available. Clients who book a “guaranteed” category assume all responsibility for the eventual cabin assignments. When clients choose to book a “guaranteed” category PROTRIPS LLC, in no way promises an upgrade to a specific category, cabin number, cabin type, deck or location.

4. GROUP PRICE –
Group cruises and tours/packages are usually based on a minimum number of passengers traveling. If the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed on all passengers, or the tour may be canceled. Tour/ package prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, tariff changes or an increase in operational costs. Cruise line government fees and taxes are subject to change prior to departure.

5. CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS / PENALTIES –
Changes or cancellations to cruise, tour, or airline bookings are subject to penalties and restrictions expressed in the carriers’ brochures and documents. If your air flights change in route the value of your remaining ticket may be applied to new flights with rates at current tariff. Nonrefundable airline tickets have no exchangeable value. Hotels are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans you must notify the hotel(s) within the time period specified by that hotel.

6. CARRIER BANKRUPTCIES –
If a carrier (cruise line, tour operator, air line) declares bankruptcy it might continue service, limit service, or stop service completely. The carrier is not obligated to transport you or to refund tickets issued before the bankruptcy. PROTRIPS LLC, is not allowed to refund tickets on carriers which have declared bankruptcy. Money given to PROTRIPS LLC. immediately becomes the property of the carrier, and we are required by laws to forward those funds to the carrier. The purchase of insurance offered by a carrier will not protect you from their default. Credit card purchases may protect you from carrier default. Travel protection coverage is optional and strongly recommended to help protect against airline, cruise line or other travel supplier bankruptcies as well as other important coverages while traveling.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY – PROTRIPS LLC.
is acting as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by PROTRIPS LLC. (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). Therefore, PROTRIPS LLC. shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We do not guarantee any such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. PROTRIPS LLC. shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside PROTRIPS LLC. control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases PROTRIPS LLC. from any duty of; checking and verifying all passports, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel, and any time thereafter as a consequence of proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Sections of the U.S. State Department. For medical information, call the Centers for Disease Control. By acknowledging these Terms and Conditions, payment for travel purchases, or embarking upon such travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel whether expected or unexpected. TRAVELER IS HEREBY WARNED OF SUCH RISKS AND IS ADVISED TO ACCEPT THE RECOMMENDED TRAVEL INSURANCE. Traveler’s acknowledgment of these Terms and Conditions, submission of payment, retention of tickets reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

9. PAYMENT INFORMATION –
PROTRIPS LLC will be requested to put a credit /debit card information for deposit and final payments, this will be on hold until book is made, and confirmation number is available, PROTRIPS LLC will provide to the customer notifications about the process. You are required to send the required deposit amount to us no later than the deposit due date. Payment must reach our office by the deposit due date to confirm your reservation. Please include the bottom portion of your invoice with payment. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the travel supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding travel suppliers. After full payment, the terms of the contract with your travel suppliers may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. Permitted increases may occur for various reasons. Some may include changes in the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates. If we are acting as your booking agent, we will within our regular business hours try to promptly notify you of any material increase once we become aware of such increase. You are fully responsible for all such increased costs. For your protection, we recommend that you may minimize your exposure to potential financial loss by purchasing your travel bookings with a credit card. There will be a charge added to your invoice for checks returned to us by our bank
